Shipping Policy

We offer various shipping methods, as follows:

Standard shipping: which would take normally 3-4 days to deliver

Express shipping: which would take up to 2 days to deliver depending on the location.

Special Shipping: same day shipping is possible if within the radius of the Delhi NCR region.

Charges would be applied accordingly.

Since these are skin care products we do not provide returns for the product.

But we provide replacement of the product in case the product is received in a damaged state and has not been tampered with.

In case you have received a damaged product, kindly send us a video or photos of the same within 24hrs of receiving the order.
